Accessing drawing properties through automation object model

How can I access the drawing properties via the Automation Object Model?

This solution provides read-only access to the drawing properties, which is also
known as summary information, and does not require AutoCAD to be installed on
the computer.
The attached zip file contains DwgPropsX.dll. Double-click on this DLL to
register it. For an example on how to use the DLL, see the attached VB sample.
Note that there a help file is not available for this component.
